Lot’s of places that banks & credit unions can go to create a great mobile experience, what is it that consumers care about in regards to a great mobile experience?  It’s a fact, consumers are comparing your mobile experience to that of Netflix, Facebook, and other major giant brands are raising the bar in regards to what type of experience is great.   You cannot compare your experience of that of BOFA or Chase, you’ll have to compare it to some of the best brands today.

A lot of good information in this episode, but the example of what words to use (endorse or sign the back of the check?) is so simple, but so important. I hope great design is the next wave for bankers/CUs.
